This notice describes how the PLATZEA website handles sourcing inquiries.
What you share
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the name, email address, sourcing service and project description you enter, together with any optional company, country or region, quantity and timeline information. Please do not include payment details, identity documents or other sensitive information in the form.
How your information is used
Your information is used to review your sourcing request, contact you about it and keep a record of our follow-up. Submitting an inquiry does not sign you up for marketing messages.
Where inquiries are stored
Inquiries are saved in this website’s WordPress database and are accessible through the administrator-only inquiry area. They are not published on the website. This form does not automatically email your details to suppliers or other recipients.
Technical information
The form uses a security token and temporarily stores a keyed, hashed version of your connection address to limit excessive submissions. A short-lived duplicate-request identifier helps prevent repeated inquiries. Raw connection addresses are not saved with your inquiry by this form. The web host may maintain separate technical access logs.
Cookies and external services
The inquiry form does not require a visitor account. WordPress uses cookies for administrator sign-in. This design does not add advertising trackers, third-party analytics or remotely hosted fonts. If additional services are introduced, this notice should be updated to explain them.
Keeping and managing inquiries
Inquiries are kept for review and follow-up and are managed manually by the site administrator. You can request a correction or deletion by submitting the contact form using the same email address and describing your request. We may need to verify that the request relates to your information.
